It seems like lately I've gotten worse about putting things off: not only truly unpleasant stuff but even the dinkiest chore, like mowing even a part of the lawn or cleaning out the car.
The more I put it off, the worse I dread it, and even small things grow out of proportion and start to seem unmanageable.
I know from past experience that usually doing something does not not feel as bad as dreading doing it, but still I put things off.
It's really immature, I know, and I do realize that EVERYONE has chores to do, has to do things they don't want to do, etc., but still my brain resists!
Anyone else suffer from this? Any tips for me or insights about how you get yourself motivated?
Thanks!
