Do you hear what I hear?!

Yeah, they start peeping in the eggs about a day or so before hatch. Funny, because if the brooder is close to the incubator, the ones in the brooder will call to the eggs and visa versa. Peeping in the brooder and peeping from the eggs in the incubator. Once that last egg hatches all alone in the incubator, the chick hears the ones in the brooder and starts to pace to get out of the incubator. LOL
 
Sounds a bit early to be hearing it to me. Is it possible that the egg you are incubating was already being incubated by the mother?
