Do you keep eggs that were in freezing temps?

If they froze, the yolks are very different. cloudy and more solid. No way to tell for sure until you crack it open. We provide eggs to friends and family, if there is a chance that an egg may have frozen, or is very dirty, we save those for ourselves as we don't want others to think that our eggs are less than perfect, which of course all of them are.

Thank you!!

Same, if I have a cracked or especially dirty egg, I crack it and give it to my dog (or one of the cats). He loves them!

If they are cracked I toss them. We don't eat eggs daily and I'd rather not have it thaw out in the fridge and make a mess. But It's only gotten cold enough to do that a handful of times. If they ain't cracked they go in the fridge no matter how cold or maybe frozen they might be. I've not collected eggs for a few days both in Winter and Summer and put them right in the fridge to eat. No issues.
