Do You Know Of a Good Bird Identification App? Please Help Me Out!

I saw this website awhile ago that would ask about size and color and location, this helped me identify a bird. Sadly, I forgot the website and other website just say, "identify it yourself with our guide that has millions of birds" >:V Do you know one?
