Do you know what kind of chicken this is

We raised this chicken as a baby but are not sure what kind it is. She is over 2 feet tall. No hair on the legs.

I think it's a Jersey Giant cockerel. They're slow to mature, that would explain no crowing yet.

Check the bottom of his feet. if he is a Jersey Giant, they should be yellow.

X2 on that. If they are whitish or greyish, he is a Black Australorp, but I'm thinking based on your description of his size that he's a Black Jersey Giant.
