If those tail feathers were black, he would probably be a rhode island (or NH) red. Still could be. Probably a mutt, possibly RIR x Jersey Giant. He must be quite an imposing figure
Hopefully, the temperament of a JG and not RIR roo.
I am going to say RIR x blue andalusian cross based on the color, blue wing and tail with red else where. Also if you look at the type it is kinda inbetween the two breeds. It looks like one of the red star x andalusian crosses a freind did with the leg color and such.

I had thought of that. Would such a chicken be bigger than a normal RIR though? "Big as a Brahma," implies to me a 9-10 lb bird.
I will post another picture tomorrow. He has a lot of orange markings. My brahmas are the white with black markings. Henry has orange markings around his neck and along his tail similar to the black on the white brahmas.
Here is another photo as well as the original photo, larger. The new photo shows more of his orange. His tail color has alot of gray/blue, no green like NH Reds. He does have a few feathers on his feet, although you can not see them in the pictures. I would guess he weighs about 7-8 lbs.
