I don't believe this is bumblefoot because I've had chickens with it and they're not acting the same. The hard lump in the middle of their foot hinders them being able to perch correctly them being on perch. What would you do?

Looks like a mild case of bumblefoot to me.

I would clip a toenail to the quick to get it bleeding a little bit. I had a guinea hen that had severe bumblefoot. She managed to tear off one of her toenails which bled. Her bumblefoot completely healed in about one month.

If you want to use a conventional method, soak her foot daily in an Epsom salts bath.

It's so hard & full of scales. No center to it. I've never had turkeys before.
