Do you like KFC?

Isn't KFC basically a franchise restaurant?

If that would be true, the restaurant itself has no voice
in how the home office supplies the chicken.

In truth, there are some restaurants I consider as dirty, unfit
to be in business. I don't eat at those at any time, for any reason.
The restaurants I consider to be clean enough, and serve decent
food, I have no trouble eating at.

No I do not like KFC.

We have a localy owned Mom and Pop fried chicken joint that is far superior.

Because there are ethical commercial suppliers and then there are unethical suppliers, who do not care for their birds properly and have been repeatedly warned to clean up their practices. KFC uses the latter. I can't get into it much more than that, because we're getting close to a "no-no" topic here on BYC, but you can google it for yourself.

I dont' think it is a good idea to lump all feed lots or cattle/chicken raisers into the same pile.

That's like saying all cops do nothing but eat donuts and drink coffee all day or all mexicans are lazy.

Ain't true. My dad was a cop and he actually worked LOL and I am mexican and I am far from lazy.

Well, admittedly I am in very white NH. So I may very well know all three non-white people in this state.
