Pickles from the barrel definitely taste better. We used to eat some that way in Colorado

It's basically the last of your garden (carrots, peppers, onions, cucumbers etc.) pickled all together. It's pretty strong and salty, but I love it!

What is your go to recipe? I’ve just started pickling last year. Nearly perfected my sweet pickles, other varieties….not so much.

I get a box mix of spices from a local store and they turn out really good!

I’m on the hunt…this year is the year I find a good mix. Gonna have to try that last of the garden business too! Trying new cucumber varieties as well.
