Ah okay!! Yeah, some of it is probably stressful hahOh, definitely. I just meant that there's some stuff that I avoid like the plague, hence the hugging.

I completely agree!! Although I do like Flash and ArrowI prefer Marvel over DC. When I was a kid it was DC comics and cartoons. Today they are too dark, especially the Dark Knight movies (my teens love them though). What the heck did they do to Aquaman!?? I do like the new movie version but he is really a totally different character than the old blond, clean cut Aquaman (who was my favourite because he could talk to sea creatures and was such a nice guy). I liked the first 2 seasons of Arrow and The Flash, then they just got too weird and confusing.
Books are always better than movies. Period.
What about Rick Riordan and the Heroes of Olympus series? The movies were awful but I really enjoyed reading the books to my kids when they were younger (and myself too).
Those sound good!!My favourite fantasy books are the Shannara series by Terry Brooks. If you like Tolkien you will like Terry Brooks. They actually flow a little easier than Tolkien.
I also enjoy the Dragon Rider Series by Anne MacCaffrey. I have read them many times over.
I own the first two season of Arrow, so yes, I really liked them. I think we have the first season of the Flash too. I have watched Arrow season 3 and it was okay but they lost me in season 4. Like you said, he was different. I stopped watching the Flash when they got into all the parallel universes. I could never keep track of which character was from what universe and they all behaved differently. Nah. Like you, I really did like the crossovers episodes though.I completely agree!! Although I do like Flash and Arrowand I like the Gotham show too although it is pretty dark and gory. But it’s very good I think.
I’m on season 4 of Arrow and season 2 of Flash, respectively. So far I like it haha have you seen more than that or did you quit watching? Just wondering because I think at least through season 3 of Arrow is good. Though I am liking 4 so far but after season 3 it kind of feels like they completely changed his character. Haha
I love the crossover episodes between them.
I want to start Supergirl and DC’s Legends of Tomorrow too for the crossover stuff to get the full picture haha
And I don’t think I’ve ever heard of those ones surprisingly!I did like Percy Jackson though haha I think my brother read the books and I just watched the movies.
I don’t really read anymore but I want to start again cause I used to love it!
Yes, give them a try. You should check their websites for recommended reading order. That helps a lot. Take a chair out and sit with your chickens while you relax with a good book and a glass of wine. Those sound good!!![]()
Yeah it’s definitely getting a bit confusing even now in this season and end of the first as soon as they started introducing the time travel and then the parallel universes and stuff haha I’m like what!? But I do like it so I think I’ll keep watching cause I really like Barry and Cisco hahaI own the first two season of Arrow, so yes, I really liked them. I think we have the first season of the Flash too. I have watched Arrow season 3 and it was okay but they lost me in season 4. Like you said, he was different. Never got into the Legends of Tomorrow because I didn't really care for the Sarah character right from the beginning.
Gotham was too dark for me. I watched a couple with my daughter who was quite a fan.
I just finished watching Heroes on Amazon Prime. It was pretty good. Hiro was my favourite character in that show.
