Yes, give them a try. You should check their websites for recommended reading order. That helps a lot. Take a chair out and sit with your chickens while you relax with a good book and a glass of wine. šŸ˜‰
I definitely will! And that’s a good idea to check thanks! Although I might read some of the books I have first šŸ˜‚šŸ¤£ or if I do read these go to the library haha and I don’t drink but I’ll find something else šŸ˜‚šŸ˜œ

I’ve watched a lot of cool like sci fi/fantasy or whatever type series recently. Zoo, The 100, Roswell, Manifest, Daybreak, etc. I really liked them all. Those are all on Netflix I think. Daybreak was hilarious šŸ˜‚šŸ¤£ maybe not quite the same category, it’s more apocalypse-y but was good.

I want to watch The 4400 but keep forgetting šŸ˜‚ there’s a few others too but I forget them atm.

Has anyone ever watched The Umbrella Academy? That’s supposed to be really good too but I haven’t watched it yet.

Anybody ever watch Jericho? That’s the other one I wanted to watch but forgot about. Just found it again haha might start it today but idk. And I watched Stranger Things when it first came out but haven’t watched any of the other seasons. I know these are probably more disaster/apocalypse or whatever rather than fantasy but figured I’d ask just in case. I really would like to get into reading again but right now shows are my jam šŸ˜‚šŸ¤£šŸ™ˆ

A couple more good trilogy series for fantasy fans that I enjoyed are:
Inkheart and Eragon. šŸ‰
Both of the first books were made into movies that sort-of followed the book but were just so-so, the rest of the books never made it to movies. The books are better anyway.

You might like Audible. You download the books and then you can listen while you take a walk, work in your garden, etc. I'm listening to the LOTR trilogy now. The books tend to be very competently performed, esp works of fiction. You pay around $15 per month, which includes one choice per month... of course they're okay with you buying more. šŸ™„šŸ¤£šŸ„°

Oh I think I read those ones!! Or at least Inkheart. I’m not sure if I ever read Eragon but I remember the movie and we also had the video game for PS2 way back when. :) I’m pretty sure my brother read the books but I can’t remember if I did too lol but I liked the game and movie and I loved the Inkheart book too. Good books. :)

I’ve tried Audible before for school but I am a much more visual person and also find I kind of process audio a bit slower lately so it’s hard for me because I don’t really ā€œgetā€ what they’re saying and have to go back and also I like/kinda need to look at it on an actual book page. I know it sounds stupid. but I also like paying full attention anyway even when watching TV. I don’t like missing stuff which I do if I don’t pay attention haha I’m kinda weird/ADD too haha but maybe it would be different if I wasn’t listening for school and needing to remember everything??? I might try it again. :) I do like podcasts so maybe an audiobook could work haha
