Do you mix egg colors?

Umm, for what again? Eating? Selling? I don't see why someone shouldn't or wouldn't mix the colors unless they're selling purebred fertilized eggs.

I just mix them all together, it makes for a prettier box of eggs IMO.

But it sounds like in 2 days or so you'd have a dozen of every color for anyone that wants all the same. That's still very fresh.

My customers love my different colored eggs. They can't get those in a supermarket!
