Do you need a permit to own quail in Boise Idaho?

Hi so I live in the Boise Idaho area and I was wondering do you need any special permits or anything like that to raise coturnix quail here in Boise Idaho?

I know in California we are required to have permits for certain species of quail if not all north american species. That does not however include Coturnix.

I now every jurisdiction is different though.
