chickie, it's real important that they always have fresh water to drink. Chickens really drink alot of water, so sometimes we keep waterers close by for them so they remember to take a drink, especially in the summer when it's hot out and our chickens are running around. In the shade is the best place, otherwise close to where they keep walking past, so they see it and go I'm thirsty!
