Do you recomend Winter incubation?

What do you think about winter incubation? i live in Arizona. Does Temberature affect incubation negativeley? tell me the consequences please

Not temp so much but humidity. It is usually dry in the house because of the furnace running and it takes more to keep the humidity up in the incubator. Of course Arizona is dry anyway so maybe it wouldn't make much difference.
I decided not to hatch any chicks this winter because my electric bill was outragious from running heat lamps all last winter.
