look very rooish to me too, I have an OEGB roo who is 12 weeks and his comb looks very similar and i have a hen around the same age and her comb is very small and yellow

Looks like a roo to me as well. An OEGB hen wouldn't have a comb that large and red at that age. My hens kept tiny yellow combs until right before they started laying.
