Do you see more intestinal shedding when pullets are recovering from coccidiosis?

I have three 10 week olds. They all had bloody poop and I treated with corid. Two of them never acted sick and one seemed a little tired. They're all getting over it. I'm seeing little to no blood in the poop, but I am seeing almost daily intestinal shedding under the roost at night. It seems like this would be normal since the lining should be repairing itself after the damage done by the infection, so I'm trying not to worry. Has anyone else experienced this?

I have dealt with coccidiosis a few times in chicks. I treated with Sulmet in their drinking water and this worked wonderfully!
