What cuts? (whole, halves, boneless breast)
Do you free range? whats your system
Whats your cost/whats your profits.
Do you also raise and sell other poultry/meat.
I'd really like to get into selling at farmers markets yet know hardly anything about them. Anyone have experience and suggestions?
Or even just expand and sell 500-1,000 chickens this year
