Do you spoil

Pics
I am beginning to think that I am the only one who spoils chickens like dogs and cats. Do you spoil you feather family if so what do you do? :frow
Yes ofc I spoil them. Heat lights and chicken soup in the winter, lots of chicken food and fruit salads in the summer, along with frozen treats, and they all get told goodnight every night

I don't personally though my husband would disagree haha. Maybe they are a little spoiled-they get warm mash for breakfast because they prefer crumble and I hate to waste it. They have lots of fun things in their run like a special sand box for dirt baths, a ladder and extra roost, two feed and water stations, a tire and some stumps. I put concrete bricks on the ground so they can clean their beaks and I redecorate occasionally so they can dig up bugs. I also give them boonworms and BOSS a couple times a week.

Love it I am definitely going to try fruit salad for them. We are in FL and it is SOOOO hot they already get watermelon and love it.

My birds do get spoiled a bit I guess. I have veggies growing almost year round so I just grow extra just for them. They just got a head of cabbage a couple days ago. All that's left now is the core with a bit of stem. :lau They get what ever is in season. Soon it will be cucumbers, zucchini, tomatoes then cantaloupe, watermelon and I grow some small pie pumpkins for fall. I chill them when the weather is hot. Later fall/winter will be collards, broccoli and cabbage, lettuce, spinach. They also will fight over the beans (leftover cooked, scraps).

I have an old golf cart with a little trailer I pull back to the garden. When they hear it coming up the path, they RUN to the gate to see what I have! :gig

I put grapes, blueberries, watermelon, kale, and honeydew or cantelope on a bowl with really cold water and ice so it gets cold, dump out the water and serve it and they go crazy for it
