Do I ever! This is my second winter here, and I questioned myself as to why I moved from the south to here. It is -24 with a wind chill of -41.

Rochester MN -51 degrees right now NOT INCLUDING WINDCHILL
I don't live in Rochester, just caught that on the news a few minutes ago...

They started closing schools yesterday around here. I know most schools are closed...My kids are home all day today.
We have -22 right now. Suppose to get to -38 I believe...again NOT including windchill.

My uncle was recently home from Alaska and we were having -10 degree weather around here. He said it was a HEAT wave compared to where he lives in Alaska. They had -47 degrees while he was down here. He said the average the week before he came down here was -45 with only 3 hours of day light....

When he flew in to MN he got a rental car and headed to my grandmas in northern WI. Anyway there were a few cars in the ditch here and there (we had ice storm the day he flew in) and he kept saying how people from WI didn't know how to drive..ahahha
Now I say that when I see other cars in the ditch and they aren't from WI. Or they start acting stupid on the icy roads I'll say they can't be from WI cuz they don't know how to drive. But to hear someone from Alaska say people in WI don't know how to drive in the snow was kinda funny....
