You can tell by those little brown feathers. The Hens develop those later . Even though his comb isnt red, it is bigger than a Hens comb at that age.

If you got him at a feed store her may be a Golden Comet. They usually don't carry specific breeds, but I could be wrong. There are some private Garden shops/Nurserys that carry specific breeds. Such as Natureberry farms in Rochester, NY. Then too they only order so many or take orders for people who only want a few chicks. But I'll bet GC.
