Do you use a feeder?

My friend gave me a poultry pecker feeder from the recommendation of greenfire farm as I have a lot of chickens in one area that are vexing me with wasted feed. I guess there's no harm in trying it out. I'll let everyone know how that works out.

I feed the pellet form of laying food in a hanging feeder I got at Tractor Supply. It hangs about 5-6 inches off the floor. Stays a little cleaner there. Every morning when I go out, I give them a cup of scratch in the pen. They scratch around in that for awhile. They seem to be happy with that arrangement. At least they are smiling
