This evening my SO erected an electric fence up around the perimeter of my chicken coop to keep the *&$#!((*^% cows from getting in near the chickens and terrorizing them.
Wanna guess how many times I'm gonna hit that wire and get zapped before I remember it's there?
I'll give you a hint. It's gonna be a number higher than one.

poor things, they have all been popped, just forgetting it's on.

only took me one good time of squatting through the barbed wire fence like I had been used to before the hot wire was there... and to put this into perspective... I'm a guy..... do you know what its like squatting on a hot wire that is charged with a 2 mile continuous charger, but is only 1/4 mile long??????

Don't try painting a chicken coop with the hot wire on. When you are kneeling on the ground paint the trim boards and the metal band that secures the bristles to the brush contacts the hot wire. Well lets just say you paint more than the trim boards.
