I was just wondering who worms their chickens every year(?). Is it necessary every year? Should I only do it if my chickens have worms? If my hens free-range, should I worm them every year? I would like some advice on this subject, please.

It depends on your environment, especially your soil. Warm moist soil may require frequent wormings. Cold mountainous or dry desert like soil conditions may require maybe only once a year wormings. A fecal sample taken to a vet will determine if there's oocysts, shouldnt cost much. If they're present, you can post here and we'll let you know what you can use to treat them.
I worm mine every 3 months, sometimes sooner due to our soil conditions here.
