Do your coworkers ever irritate you? slight rant

thats why they PAY you to work with those people! hee hee hee otherwise would you just go there and work all day?

hee hee hee

yeah the new (or first) mommy thing...sigh. my sis in law is "mom-zilla" right now and has this big time. she'll get over it and so will your visitor. until then just start talking about your chickens. alot.

:-)

Not anymore.

I have made it plain that I do not care one way or the other over plant politics, national-state-local politics. Whether or not so and so done such and such. If indeed so and so's kids done whatever. Who ate what that belonged to who out of the fridge. Or any of the other stupid infantile bologna.

In the last ten years I have come to realise that I am what I am, no amount of good will or bad will, climbing on other shoulders or excelling at any one thing is ever gonna get me one more step ahead. Do my work, eat my lunch and haul my arse home at the end of the day.

Easy as pie!!!!!!!!

If you are busy and don't have the time-----tell her!

I would probably say that....^^^

I don't have an irritating co-worker, but I do have a 71 year old massage therapist across the hall from us that does the same sort of crap you're talking about. I'm the first person you see when you come into our office, she just barges in with her latest complaint, and I get the tidal wave of her rants....plus she's a SLOB with our shared bathroom down the hall, boy could I go on about her

but since this isn't my thread......I'll spare you all..

HAHAHA!

I am a mommy too, and I am TERRIBLE with this. But I always ask if the

1. Have time
2. Are willing to let me purge the proud mama push

Since I KNOW it annoys some people, I try to pick new grandparents so I can reciprocate the "oohs" and "ahhhs". I also purposely TMI my boss, who is WAY to nosy. When I say, "can't work, baby has tummy issues" he always wants more details (maybe proof?) Typical Auditor.

So...I started taking pics and sending detailed emails when he asks, "oh, what's wrong?"

Here's the real question:

DO YOU SHOW HER CHICKEN PICS? Perhaps you can commiserate over poos and mites when she starts potty training.

So is she getting paid with tax payer money to annoy her coworkers and not do her work?

Ugg. I hate mommies who think their little darling is the best/fastest/smartest at whatever and demand that you agree. Even if it's mud pies or eating flies. Yeah-future brain surgeon right there...

I honestly don't mind listening to people share about their little ones. I realize a lot of people don't tho....usually until they have their first one and they become just like the people who used to annoy them.

Luckily I'm 48 and have evaded the baby lust so far. My chickens are cuter than yours Katy.
