LOl I was being serious! Me and my neighbor will have conversations with our chickens ducks geese etc!

I like the way mine talk to each other as they settle down in the coop and heaven help it if one of the lower ranked girls tries to go into the coop first.

Right after I moved them out to the coop, I had to go out every night and put them on the roost. Every night my EE would fly up to my shoulder or head and just jabber away. 'Burrr bak-bak-bak hurrrrr. Cheep, cheep. Bok! Bok-bok burrr cheep hurrr."
I liked to think that she telling me all about her adventures in the new place with the outdoor pen.

No idea what they are saying but i do believe they try to 'talk' to you, they definitely babble on... although, honestly i think they just see us a food source lol

My youngest laying hen, lucky, is always complaining when i don't pay enough attention to her. It's like she gets in trouble on purpose.
