Does a chicken who has had Coryza ALWAYS carry the bacteria for ALL it’s life? Looking for some positive.

It's best to wait a minimum of 3 weeks before repopulating after disinfecting everything when it comes to Coryza.

Before repopulating, I suggest cleaning and disinfecting your coop throughly. Bombing it with Oxine and waiting 3-4 weeks before buying chicks. I’m so sorry for your loss, I understand what you went through and how you’re feeling now. I had to do this with my flock as well. Again, I’m so sorry for your loss and I hope you have great luck with any new birds you decide to get. Use this experience to your knowledge and keep a strict biosecurity for your new chickens.

Thank you all so much for the advice and support! I’ll definitely wait a good 4 weeks to be safe, and I’ll be doing a good cleaning as well.
