Its a chatgroup/website in my area where people can post stuff to give away so they dont have to pay to get it hauled away (like an old washer machine). And people can post for stuff they want (like play station)! or clothes. or say....incubator parts;)

then people reply and you can swap! I just discovered it and i think it is so neat. I got a ton of cardboard to insulate my chicken coop. And I got 2 ice chests 2PC fans and 2 transformers for making my home made incubator.

there was a huge dog kennel on there the other day but I didnt get it.

I was just wondering if anyone else has that.

I do, and I've gotten some needed stuff off it. Beware of what you go to pick up, though...I've gotten a few things that weren't what the people made them out to be.

I am in it and have gotten some good stuff. Got my parents a dishwasher that wasn't but 3 yrs old hardly used, I got a couple hundred of $ worth of lotion and soap making stuff, hubby got a huge "weed whacker" but the kind that whacks brush and has 2 handles and has a blade instead of a piece of plastic. (man's kids filled gas tank full of rocks and walnuts, he took the gas tank and hoses off cleaned it and it works like a charm), I've gotten other stuff.

Now mine doesn't have a place to see what they have, you have to go see it.

Hi, I am new to the forum and I have one of these groups in my area. They are a Yahoo group and we send in emails of our offers and our wanted ads. They are really great. Especially if you live in a Metro area. You can see a bunch of stuff go through there, baby items, pet supplies, old sofa's and other household furniture. Almost anything as long as it is legal, can't post any adult only related items ( if you know what I mean) and no pets.
