There is a row of nesting boxes on each side of my chicken coop. The chickens like to sleep together on the left side of the coop where there is plenty of room, but every night one chicken always sleeps on the right side by itself. Its never the same chicken either. They rotate and take turns. Do you think this is their way of keeping a watch out? Its so funny.
