I have an incubator and a hatcher and I rotate eggs...In the spring I set 5 to 10 doz at a time and rotate them out of the turner their last three days into a brooder..I have 30 dozen going at a time...We belong to a smallish church(about 14 families) and I hatch eggs out for those that want them for meat and eggs....then will set for the kids to earn spending money they sell the chicks.. then for our needs.....I love the setting and hatching process.....not the growing out process....chickens are not pets to me I do love em tho fried, boiled and baked
