Does anybody think that my young silkie (pic below) looks like a possible show bird?

All chickens have the potential to be show birds but some are better quality than others. If you can have amazing showmanship, your chicken can do well at a local show. He still looks young so he may become fluffier.

He's really to young for a final evaluation, but at this point I would say not likely. Both crest and beard are lacking, and it looks like foot feathering my be as well. Check to make sure he has a walnut comb (can't tell in photo) and five toes per foot. Re-evaluate in a couple of months to see how he is filling out, including crest, beard, feet, etc.
