Does anyone do their own fecals?

I would like to do my own fecal float tests. Does anyone here do their own? What supplies do I need and where's the nest place to get them?

A centrifuge will give you the most accurate result. And to get started... I would want to compare my personal result with that of the vet to check my accuracy.

I bought most of the stuff already... but anxiety has slowed me down a bit. I'll get there though!

I've got a microscope but never thought of doing this.

Hey guys... so my son was over yesterday who started college this year (@27 years old)... and he was excited to get my microscope out and showed me how to use it!

I read some of this thread... and they asked can you do other species. The answers were oh ya... dog, cat, goose, and so on...

I wanna chime in with some major grossness and tell them "hey, you can even do your own"!

I promise, I don't plan to though.
