Does anyone else continuously incubate?

Yep, I sell most of them. And yes people here buy year-round. They don't buy as much during summer, fall, and winter, but they still buy them. I had one guy buy the purebred bantam cochins from my frizzle pairing (but he bought the smooth-feathered ones because I keep frizzles right now) this past Saturday. He got five of those.

It can be slow so sometimes they get a little older before they sell, like 12 to 16 weeks. But they do still sell. I was supposed to have someone come check out my leghorns - the oldest of which is 4 weeks old as of yesterday - but he wasn't sure when he would be able to make it down here during daylight to see them.

This is in Georgia, by the way, so that might have something to do with it. It gets cold here, and we do get snow. (Although snow is only about once per year, lasts only a day, and melts completely away - shaded areas and all - within a week.) So maybe it is indeed a northern/southern thing.

If you don't do a lockdown, what temp/ humidity do you hold? I ask because I really want to learn to use this method. I have a small flock and only get a few eggs a week. Not enough to hatch only once every three weeks.
