Does anyone ever sit and watch old TV re-runs?

We watch Bonanza with my dad in the afternoons

Whats with them hardly ever changing clothes?

They were trying to be realistic. The native Americans bathed a few times a week because it helped with hunting. Until you started seeing heated indoor plumbing it was normal for everyone else to bath about once a month. More in the summer an less in the winter. There were a lot of health dangers having to do with catching a chill taking a bath. Also most people only owned one or two pair of clothing.

My DH likes to watch M.A.S.H and when I sit for 5 minutes I can also easily get involved in the show.

I can get in to them all.
Dukes of hazzard, mash, A team, Magnam PI,Simon an Simon, Night Rider, I can go for ever. An dont get me on old movies. All the new stuff uses special effects as a crutch an has no storys.

Not really an old show, but I enjoy 21 Jumpstreet. I don't think they play it on TV, but I have the first three seasons. Johnny Depp was such a cutie! I also enjoy watching I Love Lucy, Full House, Little rascals, and Home Improvement (I know that show isn't old!).

Its funny that this topic was brought up. My family was just having a discussion about old shows last night at the dinner table. Sometimes I wish TV was still like it was in the past! No reality show crud!

I love the old shows......Lucille Ball, Carol Burnett, Waltons, Little House, Brady Bunch, My Three Sons, Eddie's Father, Family Affair, Christy, Who's the Boss, Bonanza, Hogan's Heroes, The Ed Sullivan Show and the list goes on and on

........The old saying holds true.....Oldies but Goodies. They most certainly don't make them like they used to!!!!!!!!!
