Does anyone have a ChickCozy Incubator? Help with turner question

Does this rattle of the eggs sound normal for the incubator? I added some paper towel to the holders after this video and moved the turkey eggs around but it's still pretty clunky. Just didn't know if this was standard or I have a broken unit. They have not responded to my inquiries

Is the Maticoop just as rough or less?

To me that sounds pretty clunky.

Adding paper towels is a good idea, you may need to change those every few days due to humidity, etc. Just check. If you find the paper towels for some reason have moisture or mold issue, then switch to some shelf liner for cushioning.

I'm not familiar with the Maticoop, so can't say if it's any better. I use Nurture Right 360 and/or Hova Bator.
