Gapeworm is actually very rare. And no, there isn't any home remedy that kills them. What makes you think your chickens have gapeworm?

Our chickens have gapeworm, small amounts, and our poultry expert veterinarian said that their infection is nothing to worry about. If we had turkeys or pheasants it would be a different story!
Fenbendazole works fine, at the appropriate dosage for the right number of days, and the repeated at the right interval. AND with no immediate reinfection, not possible here when the flock free ranges.
I do wish there was a total fix for this problem, but as long as our birds free range, there isn't.
