Does anyone have EE's who are laying at or before 23 weeks?

My 3 EE from estes hatchery (local small hatchery) started at 16weeks. All lay blue eggs but the color isn't very dark. Sometimes they are more pale grey or off white. The first egg I collected I didn't realize it was even blue until after I'd put it in the bucket next to the other eggs. One of mine laid double yolkers multiple times a week from 16 weeks until a couple months later.
