Can you get her to take some water from an eye dropper? Or touching your finger to the tip of her beak after dipping your finger in water? Really hope you can get her at least hydrated my hens head looked very much like hers minus the maggots luckily and she recovered good luck with your baby.

They will,do it till no more come out,and then flush again tomorrow. Maggots are vile and disgusting,can you tell i hate them!!
