Chickensioux, We have the same quirk about the screws in light switch plates, and all along I thought I was alone in my wierdness. Toilet paper must be under NOT OVER. I also have a pocket for everything: cash in left front, cell-phone in right front, handkerchief in left rear, and truck keys in the last pocket that I check. Funny about those truck keys- they defy the rules?

When getting gas at the pump it has to end on a 5 or a 0 or I get annoyed. BF cannot stand for the microwave to have any seconds left on it. if it does he clears it. and the sofa has to be just so... LOL. I have to do whatever it is I have to do before i sit down or I am not getting back up...BF calls it Efficient movement. And I have to check my e mail before I go to bed and the first thing when I get up or it bothers me all day/ night!

OK i've been reading this thread for a couple days now, great stuff. I don't really have any of the OCD stuff

, but I do have a similiar type story. Back in the early 70's when I was a pre teen my mom went back to work leaving me as a latch key kid. At the time most TV was B&W and the afternoon TV shows were 15 minutes long. I wasn't supposed to watch "Dark Shadows", but of course I did. I wasn't really afraid of vampires or werewolves or the dark, but I wouldn't go in the bathroom without the lights being turned on, even if it was a bright day. To this day whenever I go in to a bathroom and the lights are off, I think about it. Don't need or care if the lights are on, just remember.

The remotes for cable, stereo and TV are lined up in order of height and with an equal amount of space between them on the coffee table.

This drives my DH and DD insane. They constantly move them when I am out of the room to see if I notice! I ALWAYS DO!!!

If I have an ice cream sandwich or a chocolate covered cone I eat the outside first.
I eat the outside of a 3 musketeers bar before the center.
Before I leave work for the day, my desk has to be neat and organized.
My pantry is organized by product. Things that I have canned are in order of product type, store bought canned goods are together in order of product type and then on another shelf the boxed or packaged items are also organized.
If nobody is in a room the lights MUST be off.
I have to sleep with a fan on at night.
