Lay smaller eggs towards the end of their laying cycle?
I read on here all the time that Hen "A" lays large eggs and Hen "B" lays small eggs, but with my hens the size can vary. The majority of the time they lay large, round eggs, but towards the end of their cycle (and they all cycle together) the eggs become more pointed at one end and smaller. Lighter in color as well.
I was just wondering if this was a hen thing or a brahma thing.
