I was under the impression 4H was primarily showmanship. How you handle and your knowledge of the bird is primary. How well the bird conforms to the standard of perfection secondary. In this sort of judging it's about how well you train and work the bird prior to show.
Any who, BLRW do not have a standard so the bird would be judged based on the breed body type. Your bird needs more lift of tail. She seems to have the width, not too bad of a tent but due to the low tail her back looks long. Wyandotte tails should be high and very broad upside down V. The back should be short, few fingers wide before tail sweep. A common way to imagine the correct shape is to envision a circle around them in profile and the bird should fill it except top of circle. It's a bird of curves and symmetry.
Foley's Silver Laced are better type than the BLRW.
