I have it and found it very informative, especially about specific breeds. I love the color photos and I read the whole thing through and use it as a reference tool often. It is the only book I have found to correctly describe and picture an Araucana, other than smaller books written many years ago by araucana breeders. I highly recommend it if you want a good book about breed specifics. The pictures are of actual live birds..not drawings, which makes it even better.
Edited to add that this book does not only focus on chickens, but also ducks, geese, turkey, emus, guinea, partridges, pheasant, quail, etc.
