Does anyone in Cook County, IL or Lake County want to help me flip the chicken laws in Buffalo Grove

I'm looking to get some backyard birds for a run on the length of my garage and want to challenge the village on their hen restrictions. Has anyone had luck overturning these ridiculous restrictions?

I live in Du page county and the town I live in has a very strict chicken ordinance. I want to change our ordinances on the chickens. I am allowed to keep chickens (size of property they are on), but most people can't have them. Here is a link with some good info you can go to the board with.

Also most towns in the area made the restrictions because of certain ethnicity's (hard to prove that's the reasoning). A last resort is to accuse them of discriminating again them and they may not want the bad press.
