Does anyone know about ducks??

Ok this is a chicken website but I was wondering about ducks, if you don't know anything about ducks then can you give a website I could go to. But, I'm going to ask you anyways about my duck just in case anyone knows about ducks. Ok, so I have a duck named Aflac and he started walking weird...like linking and he uses his beak to help his self get up and when he walks he will sometimes use his wing again the cage he is in to balance his self. He has a little pool and everyday I empty it and refill it and he can't get in or out, so I put him in there and he plays around so much, I've never seen a duck that happy in water before, dipping his head in, flapping his wings, having a blast. And I go out there to grt him out in a couple hours so he won't drown. But he puts all his pressure on his right side and he left foot looks all scrunched up. And I have looked to see if there is anything in his foot. But I can look again if you think I should.

Welcome, a, how old is Aflac? What kind of food does he get? He may have a vitamin deficiency. Some ducks are more sensitive to that than others.

Keep being careful about him in the pool that he cannot get out of. And keep giving him water time, it is very good for him.

I would get poultry vitamins-electrolytes-probiotics and put that in his water once a week, and I would get either plain niacin capsules and put 100 mg per gallon of water every day for a month, or I would get brewer's yeast and sprinkle a teaspoon on his food every day for a month.

Double check the foot, make sure there are no big lumps with a dark spot in the middle, which would be bumblefoot. Make sure there are no splinters, too.
