I don't know anything about this place, but I can tell you very few of the firms offering to help you lower your payments are on the up and up. The banks aren't exactly straight shooters either. With loan modifications the banks typically drag their feet, drown you in paperwork, ask you to fax and refax the same documents multiple times, and outright lie. Sometimes the misinformation is deliberate and sometimes it is a case of the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing.
