to adjust the thermostat on an incubator with an internal sensor and self a adjusting thermostat? I bought this ridiculous incubator on ebay - the first time I used it - it held at 99.5 about perfectly. I only used it for two weeks because I needed to transfer the eggs into a bator with a turner while I went out of town. I plugged it in to use it again - and now it's holding "steady' between 102 and 103. It's a totally enclosed unit and I didn't just want to start taking it apart. It's a forced air incubator - so the temp has to come down - any idea what's in these self controlled units? The instructions were written by a third grader taking English in china and the vent plug warning on the top says "Forbidden Blowhole Blocked" if that tells you what I am up against - I kid you not
It's like I've never learned an ebay lesson before - I just bought the bator - it was "only" $40 so it's not like I have the rent invested in it - but it would be nice if I could fool around with it and get it to work properly!
Thanks!
Jenny
