Does anyone know if a pekin & a crested duck can survive in the wild?

Because they are considered a pest most places.

The pekin and crested are still there. They have finally started to get out of the water but wont let me get close to them. They actually look really good.

The other person on this thread said that as soon as she gets back from vacation, she will help me capture them and she will take them to her pond. I am one person and cant do anything as one person because they are not trusting at all.

Oh good to hear someone is going to take them. I understand it's always better to have help, maybe they get friendlier before she comes and make ya'lls effort easier.

I saw 2 Ducks that look like this in Ponce Inlet last night at Down the Hatch. I was so surprised. They were getting in the water. I have raised Pekin ducks and have 7 now. They do not fly. The waitress said they have been there since before she was there and she has been there 8 months.
