Hello all- I currently have 7 chickens and I'm not sure whether or not I need a permit for them. I live in Highland Park, New Jersey. Please help!

I have checked online and it doesn't say anything about it.Every Township has their ordinances. I'm sure you can find it if you check online.
Do any of your neighbors have chickens? Do you live in a rural setting or will every neighbor complain when they lay eggs and sing, or do you have roosters? Oh no, did you get them from TS.there are so many questions. I have 12 hens in NJ. I have over an acre. I do not free range. I have one neighbor who doesn't say anything about them. It's been 6 years now.I have checked online and it doesn't say anything about it.
I do not think so. My neighbors most likely don't have chicken. I live it a suburb and my neighbors have never complained. I do not have any roosters.Do any of your neighbors have chickens?
