Does anyone know of a small light for inside coop?

I think I need a small light inside my coop. They don’t seem to want to sleep in there even if it’s pretty chilly. I think it’s s bit too dark. I want something nightlight strength. Battery powered and maybe motion sensor. Or would a motion detector light be annoying going on and off whenever they shift around. I have a Snaplock coop so will just attach it with double sided tape.

How old are your chickens? How many do you have? Is this a new coop for them? What’s your set up like? Where are the roosts? How high are they? Do you have any pictures you can share?

My girls don’t have a night light and would be fussing all night if they did. When they were first introduced to the coop, I kept them inside for the first few days so they knew where they were supposed to sleep. They’ll figure it out if you leave them in there for awhile (with food and water of course).

I have 2 hens that are about a year old. I have owned them for just over a month. The coop is a Snaplock. They do go in to lay and I keep their feeder and waterer in the second nesting box area as they don’t need to have 4 nests. I have a batch of 6 week old chicks that will eventually move into that pen. These pics from the website, I do have shavings in mine.

I got a solar powered light from Amazon. It’s on my counter right now as my husband is building the coop so for the time being all my birds ( chickens, turkeys & ducks) are still inside with us. The New England snow storm put us behind schedule as he gave up his days off to restore power to those affected
