    Kentucky!
    Hi,
My name is Trevor and I am from kentucky. I recently have gotten chickens and chicks to raise in my backyard. My family and I are new at this. (We started 8 days ago) We already have 4 rhode island red hens, 2 plymouth rock hens and a rooster, and 7 chicks. We got two chicks at a chicken market. The lady i bought them from told us they were rhode island reds but she dosent know the sex of the chicks. It has been a week since I have got them (3/26/12). I am wondering if anyone could tell me if they will be hens or roosters. I do not know how old they are.

I also have purchased 5 chick at TSC. I do not know the age, or breed of the them. I was wondering if anyone could help me determine the breed of them. The options of what they could be are: amberlink, red sex link, golden comets, white leghorn, tetra tints, commercial black.
    THANKS!

Your whites with spots are Tetra tints, the reds look like production reds.
